Microsoft dynamics dexterity runtime error

As long as I am accessing the company data on the main server, I have no issues logging into GP and moving around from within the program, the minute I attempt to access a test company I set up on my local machine, I am able to log into GP, but once my company is selected, I am brought into GP and then I get the Dexterity Runtime error and am completely knocked out of GP.

Like other users, It keeps my session logged in. I need this on my machine so I can set-up a test db to do things at my leisure. I did that and still same error. Is there some type of error log the GP creates. No change. Make sure that all users have permissions to the location that is specified for the application, the forms, the reports, or the third-party dictionaries. If another computer is working correctly, copy the Dynamics. If the error message still occurs, disable the reference to third-party dictionaries.
